iPhone 4 Accessories Top Picks

Here is "The Solution", not "a" solution, but "the" solution.

The best accessories you can sport for you iPhone 4 is combination of few cases that supplement and compliments each other. I have used all the cases in the market and I found that there is no "one" case that can seem to satisfy all my needs.

First, there is no case that will protect the body of the iPhone 4 and the screen. Well, there is, but you would really need to sacrifice the design and the look of your iPhone 4 to do so. And second, there is no case that you can use to clip it onto your belt to make your iPhone 4 easily accessible, again without sacrificing the style and look of your phone. As cool as iPhone 4 in it's sleek design, I personally choose not sacrifice a bit on the looks.

What I also find that adds a whole new factor of convenience to you life is a headset and I will offer my personal recommendation on a headset as well for I have used all of them in the market.

The Solution

Here is what I recommend.

1) TPU Candy Skin Case = This is the best protector case for the body of your iPhone 4 without sacraficing much on the looks or design. It's sleek and it doesn't crack like that Hard Protector case and it doesn't stick and collect dust like the Silicone Skin cases. It offers the protection from drops and scratches and fully leave all accessories and buttons accessible such as charger, headset and volume control.

2) Screen Protector Film = There is no case that will protect the front screen protector. Although Apple has made this screen virtually un-stretchable, most people feel better just knowing that something is there just in case. This screen protector runs about $5-$7 on eBay or Amazon and do not buy those screen protector from eBay with ridiculous price delivering from China. You'll end up buying the $5 - $7 screen protector later anyway. Those dirt cheap screen protectors don't apply well, and it makes the screen sticky.

3) Horizontal Leather Case Pouch = What I find most convenient in carrying my iPhone is this Horizontal Pouch. I guess this is mainly for men, but I think it's even possible for women to sport this since they do come out in different designs now. Most, I would even say all the manufacturers in China didn't make different size horizontal case for iPhone 4, but they kept the size from iPhone 3G/3Gs and called it compatible, and they are even though iPhone 4 is 0.11 inches thinner, it does still make it a good fit. Plus since I use this horizontal leather case with the TPU Candy Skin Case and Screen Protector, it fits in the case just perfect.

4) BlackBerry OEM 3.5mm Headset = Bluetooth are great, but you can't listen to music on Bluetooth Headset Device, but it's rare to find a good Bluetooth Device that works well while you're driving in the car with all the noise of the world. There are however good Bluetooth out there like Jawbone, but they will cost you. If you like, and if you don't mind forking up the cash, having a Jawbone Bluetooth is very convenience. I personally have an issue loosing bluetooth, so I gave-up on them. It's the weirdest thing, I just lose all my bluetooth, every single one of them and I'm left with like 5 different bluetooth chargers.

What I find useful is regular wire headset hand-free device, you can listen to music on them and you can also toggle back and forth between music and talk with a push of a button. I have also used every single wire headset in the market and next to Apple's OEM headset, BlackBerry OEM 3.5mm headset is the best headset out there. They are relatively cheap, so I have one in my car and I carry one with me in my laptop bag. The clarity is state of-the-art, and it doesn't isolated the sound too much that you're hearing yourself breath in your head. Sometimes, I have this on all throughout my days and sometimes don't even realize that I have it on. This Hands-Free Headset device is a necessary adjunct to all iPhone 4 uses.

5) Gooseneck Car Vent Holder = This is my final recommendation on "the Solution" for your Apple iPhone 4 accessories need. I guess it all differs from your usability, but I find this Gooseneck Car Vent Holder very useful. One of the most useful feature on the iPhone 4 is the map feature. This application is so advanced now that it almost works like a GPS Navigation system. I say "almost" because it doesn't talk to you and prompt you to make turns, but it provides good direction and gets the job done unless you're total direction deaf and that's what this Gooseneck Car Vent Holder is for. To hold you iPhone in front of you like a GPS Navigation system. Another good use for this device is to watch movie or Youtube clips on your iPhone 4 while driving. I strongly discourage you to do this for your own safety, but I do this all the time. I would watch downloaded movie from iTune and watch movie on my iPhone 4 everywhere I go. I love it.
